1. Scope

Geographical Scope: The site and services are intended for customers within India; all products and sales are offered in India only. Ruvya makes no representation that the website content or products are appropriate or available for use outside India. Users who access the site from outside India do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. By accessing or using the Ruvya website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. User Eligibility

There are no age restrictions for using the Ruvya website or purchasing our products – individuals of all ages are welcome. If you are a minor (under the age of 18), you may use the website and place orders with the consent or supervision of a parent or guardian in accordance with applicable law. By using this site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract (or have obtained permission from a legal guardian if required). Ruvya does not knowingly impose any age-based access limitations on the site.

Users have the option to create a personal account on our website to track orders, receive special offers, and access additional services. By creating an account, you agree to the following:

• Accurate Information: You must provide current, truthful, and complete information during registration and maintain/update your information as necessary. You agree not to impersonate anyone or provide false details.

You should not share your password with others, and you agree to notify Ruvya immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or breach of security.

4. Order Policy

When you place an order on the Ruvya website and it is confirmed, that order is considered final and binding. Please review your cart carefully before confirming payment, as:

• No Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified by the customer. All sales are final (we do not offer order cancellations or change-of-mind returns).

• No Refunds (Except Damages): Ruvya maintains a strict no-refund policy on confirmed orders, unless the product delivered to you is damaged or defective upon arrival. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged/defective item, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund as per our policies.

• Refund & Replacement Policy: We have a separate detailed Refund & Replacement Policy outlining the procedure and conditions for reporting damaged or incorrect products. If your product arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy for instructions on how to request a replacement or refund (e.g. you may need to provide photographs of the damage and report it within a specified timeframe). Apart from issues covered in that policy, no returns or exchanges of products will be accepted.

• Delivery: We will make best efforts to deliver orders in a timely manner. Ownership and risk in the products pass to you upon delivery. Ensure to provide accurate shipping information; we are not responsible for delivery problems due to incorrect addresses provided by the user. Any delivery delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (such as courier delays or force majeure events) will not be grounds for order cancellation or liability on Ruvya's part.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the Ruvya website – including but not limited to text, descriptions, product images, photographs, graphics, logos, button icons, audio clips, video clips, software, and the overall design/layout– are the exclusive property of Ruvya or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ruvya retains all rights, title, and interest in the website content.

• Copyright: The compilation of all content on this site is the copyrighted property of Ruvya. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the site without Ruvya's prior written permission.
